project LOSE 6 pounds/kg: Wii Day 3

TOTAL WORKOUT: 30 Mins

For Wii Day 3, I did the following exercises:

1. Breathing

2. Warrior + Lunge

3. Sun Salutation + Sideways Leg Lift

4. Rowing Squat + Chair

5. Palm Tree + Triceps Extension

6. Aerobics

BMI: 20.27 (previously 20.66)

Weight: 126.1 pounds (change of -2.4 lbs)

That matches when I weigh myself – 57 kg. TWO MORE KGs to lose by April!
